/m/ says that it’s related to Another Century’s Episode. Is that true?

Comment by Jechz June 18, 2008 @ 3:17 pmWow, another mecha game for the PSP and it is Macross
I just noticed that there is still no scans of Gundam 00 for the PS2 coming out in October, i hope they’ll release some scans soon.

Pingback by Gundam Universe Blog » Blog Archive » Week’s Famitsu magazine: Macross Frontier, Gundam Battle Universe June 18, 2008 @ 8:19 pmThe last Macross game was the VFX2 with a Koenig Monster debut until her maiden flight in Macross Frontier, this time Macross 7 is also made into the game, so that means protodevlins are in the game too?
Comment by codename:v June 18, 2008 @ 8:52 pmAs far as I know, it takes singing anima-spiritias to whack these buggers as weapons won’t even scratch them. Macross 7 to me is just too far-out and nonsensical as the anime took music enthusiasm and squealing fangirls way overboard while the protodevlins get away with countless murders. Hippity rockstars are real turnoffs.
The SV-51s are sort of available for players but how come I don’t see any VF-0s? Pitting old fighters against their younger VF-1 counterparts is pretty ridiculous to me. As for the latest add-ins like Frontier, they should include the Koenig Monster and the new VF-27 for more plots since their primary enemies are the Vajras. If FromSoftware is crazy enough, they should let the players use the Macross Quarter…
It’s not related to Another Century’s Episode. It’s not even developed by From Software.
Comment by mchan June 18, 2008 @ 10:22 pmMacross Zero should be added to the series list.
Destroids are playable.
Comment by mchan June 18, 2008 @ 10:24 pmActually, the last Macross game was the excellent M3 for Dreamcast, which featured a great selection of valks, some that were only Kawamori concepts. This new games looks almost identical to ArtDink’s (also excellent) Gundam Battle series, so I’m going to go ahead and hold my breath for this one.
Comment by fanboy-sama June 19, 2008 @ 12:20 amHope this Macross game turns out good. we seriously lack good plane shooter lately om PSP (not that I have one.. sigh) why can’t they also release on PS2…
Comment by realgundam June 19, 2008 @ 3:36 amI am very happy that Gundam games where be released for Xbox360: I hope next will be SRW! Definitively, PS3 is still too expensive, and Wii controll system is too “weird” to play SRW well! Xbox360 is the best choice at the moment, for both gamers and developers.
Comment by Mazinkaesar June 19, 2008 @ 4:18 pmOps, I typed wrong before, I wanted to type “I am very happy that Gundam games wll be released for Xbox360″ … ^^
Comment by Mazinkaesar June 19, 2008 @ 4:19 pmCV, dun act smart if u dun know the details for this game…. Pls read that the game is developed by Art Dink/ NB.
I just hope that this game will be better that PSP Gundam battle series and armour core… Valkyries can be transformed into three modes are great!! Wonder how the “Songs” will affect the game play? Waiting for more details!!
Comment by RJ June 19, 2008 @ 5:43 pmwe’ll never see a game by bandai that uses the full power of the concle, so it doesn;t really matter if its on 360 or ps3… they are just too laszy to make a game like MGS4 to use the power of cell
Comment by realgundam June 19, 2008 @ 9:01 pm“Wii controll system is too “weird” to play SRW well!”
Have you seen Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn?
Comment by thepyro June 20, 2008 @ 7:15 amI CANT WAIT for Macross Ace to come out!! i wanna rush to Toys N Joys and preorder it!!!!!
Comment by cpl doody June 21, 2008 @ 6:32 pmOperation Troy looks tight too…hope it isnt as cartoony as the development video suggested.
