Consider that the price is (around) 3780 yen, then yes, you get Seraphim and Selavee in one kit.

About Selavee/Seraphim design…
Where are actually the cockpit placed?
Never got any clue up till now.

My Guess is in Seravee. To me, Seraphim so much in common with JoJo’s stand ability. 😀 I mean the way it moved.
