The map and the feeling is amazing (especially the faces, Masoukishin cast is made of raw awesome material, RICARDO!!!!!!!!!!), but the CG… Will need to watch it in movement first.
Also Valcione showing up means that it will have the 2nd half of Masou? EX will happen how? So many questions…

On the contrary, just afew days before the news about Masou Kishin, someone actually designed a a very realistic fake image of SRW Z2 and it made huge news among SRW fans in 2channel.

The quality that we may except? I want to wait for a movie to judge, but unless they somehow pull a GGenSpirit level of prerendered CG animation, which is unlikely since one is a high profile game while other certainly is not, I… Don’t know what to think…

Comment by KamenRiderShinzo March 8, 2010 @ 7:58 pmI agree, if it’s a fake, it’s one of the nicest fakes I’ve ever seen. The map looks very much like the SNES’s version, except touched up for the DS. The SNES had nice character portrait (with multiple expressions), but they were confined in a box. Masaki and Lune’s seem recycled from OG, there’s a tiny bit of pixelization compared to the “new” portraits, but that’s fine. The battle animations didn’t have pilot cut-ins or close-up of the units either that I recall. The sprites look similar enough though.

This obviously indicates the elemental affiliation of the character/robot.
Watching some more it seems to be a mix of prerendered images for cut-ins (Masoukishins and Valcione) and polygon models for normal view (Jaohmu).

i have no idea about this game but the technical aspect and the quality coupled with continuity of the images provided i do understand. it really would be an asinine idea to create this for a good laugh, though april is coming up. still, i would not create a “fake game” or whatever else product for my own satisfaction even including other people’s reaction isn’t enough to fill that void.

But I guess only time will tell,although it would be nice if that’s really in-game,throw in some voices and you’re set for a good adventure !

I get the feeling this is legit. there is simply far too much attention to detail on these pictures for me to believe that some guy did it just for kicks. another thing that makes me thing this is legit is the use of Ryune and Masaki’s ogs character portraits. no hacker would spend so much time detailing those new models and portraits only to give it away by using those old models…Banpresto on the other hand….well lets just say that given how ofter they re-use sound bits and graphics from previous entries, i really would not put it past them.

The color-coded dialogue is unique to this, the non-SD units look way too good to have been taken from the SNES game and the cutins also look too clean and bright to have been taken from @G, which is the last time most of these characters showed up. In fact, Ricardo only showed up in LoE, guess where that screenshot can’t have come from. The map screen is the only thing that looks like it could have been taken from another game but it still looks touched up over the SNES original.
If this is a fake, it’s a very, very well done one (better than the Z2 one which took a CGI shot of Liger Zero straight from the show…) Honestly, with the fact that it’s hosted on Rakuten I’m strongly inclined to believe this is real. If that’s so, it’s about time LoE gets some more love (and permanantly ends the rumors that there was a legal issue with Winkysoft about using LoE). Bonus points if they go in and add some voice clips. Hey, the other two games under the OG Saga label have them…

They are so easily forgotten until they either got OG appearance or in a BIG console.
its like 2 months away if no delay. so i guest we gonna have to wait till then.
after that, we might, MIGHT got a change of a new Main Stream Console game announce around summer. If we lucky…we may have that game in Winter….Yeah, like that;ll happen…LOL…….
