I think this is an overkill for something that is rather simple and low-tech, especially for VS fighting games which doesn’t go beyond 5-6 rounds or more. What more, with the previous GVSG title released on PSP before, a PS2 shouldn’t be excluded from the console list since all functions can still be used even in low-res poly.
Then again, this PS3 overkill move is nothing more but another cash milking scheme by Bandai as they always forgo creativity and innovation for profits nowadays. Who needs to brainstorm new ideas when it’s so easy to milk cashes out of shallow minded faggots who would buy everything for as long it’s the NAME that matters? Really, Bandai is all about fagservices and so far they are top on the mamasan list.

The graphic should be improved for this console.
Once again V has strike back. because another gundam games has release for home console, and it’s for ps3 that he isn’t own it yet. So he got angry because of it. And, It was you shallow minded faggots. You don’t realise that Bandai is smart. They monopolize gundam francise. No other company can produce gundam merchadise, except for hero-heroine figure and fake merchandise.
^ So you’re telling us random people off the internets that it’s our fault a monstrosity like c:v was borne?
Going on to the main topic, a grapical and gameply improvement will only commence IF Bandai decides to put in effort. Of course, the shortsighted don’t see past this to the online interaction.
If no one complains about it being broken, I don’t see the need to change it just to satisfy the loudmouths. Let the filth lie where they are, and they can wallow in their own self-pity and hatred while we consumers enjoy happiness.
Well I sorta agree with codename:v on the PS2 part. Why did it get excluded? I was hoping the game would get ported to it or at least the PSP. But I don’t have a PS3. So good for you guys that do. I will have to wait. And don’t bother telling me to play the arcade in Japan, because that will have to wait.

eh, dudes. fyi, ps3 is a next gen console. It’s only logical that a new port is going to ps3. ps2 is getting outdated.
First off I don’t give a shit about online play I want this game just so I can fly around in My favorite mobile suits, second, IN YOUR FACE PSP PEOPLE!!!!
@Alex Dino:
What are you talking about, the games been on PSP for months. Its a PSP port for crying out loud. Which also had multiplayer.
And while I’m excited for this game, weather I have to import it or not, I doubt its going to be the one I want. Which would include customization from paint schemes to weapon loads.

1.Previous GVG title, I was able to carry it around and play when I’m bored and disappointed can’t do it on this one.
2.Oh shit, GVGN on a big screen TV. This is going to be pretty sweet.
V, honestly, you make good points and offer constructive arguments in your first paragraph. Then it’s like your retarded kid brother takes over for the second paragraph. We can do without the douchebaggery.
Sweet!!! This will probably my 2nd PS3 import game. I can’t wait to run around and kick ass with Nobell Gundam and Gundam Spiegel. I’m a little disappointed that neither of the Justice Gundams are playable units, but not that big a deal since SF is playable. I would’ve rather had Mashy’s Zaku III Custom instead of the Hamma Hamma though.

I have a PS2 with Rengou Vs ZAFT 2plus, PSP with GvG, now all I need is a PS3, what a good way to catch us off guard.
Don’t worry guys, you people will eventually have your hands on the game, LITERALLY in no time.. unless money is a problem.. (getting the PS3 will be no problem for me.. sorry people)
Also.
What about the dash canceling?
I’m going to have to order another PS3 controller if that’s the case.. (XX XXX XXX XX SQUARE XXX XXXX SQUARE SQUARE XX XX XXX)..
Mash the buttons!
1. Lag needs to be roughly on the level of SF4 or Blazblue
2. Graphics need to be revamped
3. Really needs extra content to justify the $80 or so it’ll cost (single player campaign, all of the original music from GvG, more units)
4. Online extras would be nice
Unlike most of you people, I’m buying this for the online play. If Bandai Namco gets that right at least, it’ll be great.
After GvG for the PSP though, I’m not super optimistic.
another reason why this wont be on Xbox 360, is cause japan doesnt give a rats ass about it. Its also the reason why japan wont be releasing a japanese xbox360 ver of FFXIII.

LOL Airmaster, u can unlock the region game in another way. There’s no much hope for Xbox 360 release like Gundam Vs series. The news for the game on PS3 is still uncertain now. Not fake yet!

For the faggots who state this is fake, that is from Game Weekly this is Game Ware, the same magazine that announced the Persona PSP, Disgaea 2 PSP and the PS3 Slim before it became official.

Comment by Sgt. NoOb September 9, 2009 @ 10:08 pmIt will probably look as good as the latest one. Once Bandai gets a game engine that works they run it into the ground.
