What’s this Metal Build? If it’s a die-cast Action figure then maybe its time for me to take a plunge and finally buy a 00 Gundam.

Kaiser Fire ? Now of all times ? Guess i owns Banpresto a thanks for bring attention for such an old show

that metal build 00 seven sword looks like its for PG, the kit its fitted on looks more like PG 00 than a 1/100.:/

Comment by Chris

Take it from a person who has both a 1/100 and the PG 00 gundam, that isn’t the PG it’s displayed on

Comment by shugo

look carefully on the drive mounts and the black rings on the knee, those attributes are found pretty much only on PG…..plus i doubt the polycap on 1/100 is strong enough to mount the buster sword anyway.

Comment by Chris

Is the V2 Gundam the same as the previously released Robot Damashii V2 just without the buster and assault mission packs? If so, hopefully this one will be much less expensive.

Comment by ArkeotheEchidna

Cool, Medarot DS Metabee is coming out too!

Comment by HeatPhoenix

I did, the detail on the drive mounts isn’t any where near that of my PG. The PG GN drive mounts are made up of, if memory serves me, 10 different parts where as the 1/100 are made from 1 molded piece for were the drive plugs in and then a piece for the connection arm. Also, the 1/100 drive mount is actually stronger than you think, the Raiser parts have some heft to them.

I’m glad to see the standard Victory gundam as a Robot Damashii. V2 is cool, but I just like the first version more.

Comment by InjuredPelican

if only there was a clearer scan.

Comment by Chris

Anyone notice that the Robot Damashii V gundam actually has proportions than MG V gundam.

Comment by da_guy

@InjuredPelican
I’m with you. I know if I bought the Assault/Buster version it would be stuck in standard configuration most of the time anyway.

The Metal Build looks to be a completely new line from the normal 1/100 kits that uses the design of the PG 00 Gundam as its base. I think this’ll use a different joint system than the 1/100 kits to support whatever new material its going to be made of.

Extreme gundam face, if the front face open the face cover and with flip it’s wings to the front it looks like wing gundam and I like the back face design. Looks like a female face gundam but I don’t understand about the legs joint like that. Trying to follow a birds leg design?
