Indeed the mechs looks great but for the cover, no inspiration at all.

Irrelevant but cover art suuuuuuuuuuuucks.

So… Are they going to release a special edition or not? I want a book with the new art they are showing in those famitsu scans.

There *is* no new art. They’re using the same fucking character art they’ve had since 1992.

get your game from play asia 😛

The box art from 1992 was superior to the cheap CG they’re using for the remake in every possible way. The character designs were obviously updated too and the battle sprites replaced with cheap CG. So, yeah. There’s no real *new* art in this version.

You folks are acting as if it’s the first time SRW has reused things; it’s not. @G and @3 just used alot of @/@2 stuff.

@Duran
Sure but does it looks good on that time? Yes, it is, the time different between each released are minor you can expect them to reused things and still looks nice but this, reused something from way back 18 years ago?

Hope the game is fun though.

I don’t see anything wrong with the cover. I think you just don’t like what you’ve seen of the game and are projecting that hatred onto something that doesn’t actually have any problems.

Comment by Hiro

No, this looks probably just like an american version of a japanese game cover.

Which household object would you turn yourself into if you had to pick one?
